Requirements for all nursing staff: Current license, current TB, current CPR, social security card and driver’s license, shot records (including 2 MMR or titers, 2 varicella or titers, Hep B or declination), pass a background check, pass pre-employment and random drug test, pass yearly nurse testing and competencies and medication exam. Need at least 1 year of experience.
